博士,北京大学材料科学与工程系,研究员、博士生导师。

教育工作经历:2001.9-2005.7,中国科学技术大学材料科学与工程系,学士;2005.9-2011.1,清华大学物理系,博士;2011.1-2016.4,新加坡南洋理工大学物理与应用物理系,博士后;2016.4-今,北京大学工学院材料科学与工程系,特聘研究员、博士生导师。

研究方向:

1. 低维半导体材料、光物理与光谱学;

2. 微型半导体激光器件与物理;

3. 表面等离激元学

科研成就:围绕着固态半导体微纳激光器件,发展高时空分辨光谱技术,探索低维半导体及贵金属材料的光学特性,开发低功耗微型激光器件。近年来在Nature Photon.(1篇)、Nature Commun.(3篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett.(1篇)、Adv. Mater.(6篇)、Nano Lett.(10篇)、ACS Nano(12篇)、Adv. Funct. Mater. (1篇)、Small(5篇)、Adv. Opt. Mater. (5篇)、 ACS Photon. (2篇)、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.(2篇)等学术期刊发表SCI论文75篇(影响因子>9论文35篇),其中第一/通讯作者33篇,ESI高被引论文6篇,综述文章7篇,并参与撰写英文专著2本,Web of Science统计论文引用共计1974次,H因子为24,单篇引用>100次论文7篇,单篇引用>50次论文15篇。

荣誉奖励:2018年第三届中国化学会纳米化学新锐奖。
